The coaching really helped me to think things through in a different light. It was good to get a different perspective on specific situations. I also looked at new approaches of using questions to engage individuals allowing them to drive the conversation in the direction suggested by the question. I did gain a new perspective on various issues and it helped me to "move the ball" forward as I was able to step outside the normal "day to day" and think. 1.5 months later: email to Sheree: Yes. Engagements are generally for six months, there may be exceptions to this. Coaching is often by phone to accommodate multiple time zones & high frequency of travel; in-person coaching can be arranged. We want to match up with any existing assessment tools or leadership protocols the organization uses; and we can recommend appropriate instruments for assessment, etc. Pricing is customized.
